Reflecmedia Sales Increase in the USA
Over the last year sales of Reflecmedia's chroma key products in the USA have shown a healthy increase.
The two main reasons for this have been the steady acceptance of Chromatte as the highly effective chroma key solution and the hands-on support the Winsford based Reflecmedia team has given to Bogen, its distributor in the USA. To support Bogen, John Herbert, the General Manager of Reflecmedia, has been to the USA to train Bogen personnel on the advantages Reflecmedia's Chromatte fabric gives to those involved with blue screen production.
In April Reflecmedia will be exhibiting at NAB (The National American Broadcasting Association) in Las Vegas for the fifth time. This is the world's largest TV and video production exhibition. Every year increasingly larger numbers of delegates come to see the Reflecmedia team on the Bogen stand. As the company's reputation for highly effective chroma key becomes more widely known from experience and usage, the Bogen stand at NAB is the delegates' first stop for chroma key solutions. At this year's NAB Reflecmedia will be launching MoViSet, a product designed to further ease chroma keying for video and TV producers.
During the last year Reflecmedia has developed a portfolio of products to broaden the appeal of the products and to make chroma key easier to use. The company has introduced Chromatte EL which is Chromatte on a 1.4 metre Lastolite spring frame which was developed as an entry level product for markets such as corporate, education, worship, government and smaller broadcasters. Other products include Basematte, a flooring solution made of Chromatte for full length chroma keying; iZtac Sunstar, a new cost effective portable lighting solution; and Chromatte tape, for running repairs and seamless joints between Chromatte backdrop curtains.
